PSL Employee Benefits
Tuition Assistance Program —
PSL offers $2500 in financial assistance to eligible employees.
Uniforms — PSL will provide 2 sets of uniforms
to each new employee.
Generous Personal Time Off (PTO) grants annually —
PSL will provide up to 120 hours of PTO to full time
employees after 1 year of service.
New Resident Referral Bonus — PSL will pay an employee
up to $2000 for the referral of an eligible private pay
New Employee Referral bonus — PSL will pay an employee
$500 for a referral of an eligible new employee.
Special Bereavement Leave — PSL provides 28 day paid
bereavement leave for employees who have suffered the
loss of a spouse or child.
Health Insurance available for all Employees working
over 30 hours per week — PSL provides variable plans

Paid Term Life Insurance based on two times your
salary up to a maximum of $100,000 — PSL
will provide a free life insurance policy for your
401K with Matching of 50% of 6%
