  • Tuition Assistance Program — PSL offers $2500 in financial assistance to eligible employees.
  • Uniforms — PSL will provide 2 sets of uniforms to each new employee.
  • Generous Personal Time Off (PTO) grants annually — PSL will provide up to 120 hours of PTO to full time employees after 1 year of service.
  • New Resident Referral Bonus — PSL will pay an employee up to $2000 for the referral of an eligible private pay new resident.
