Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care Community Receives Deficiency Free State Survey for the Fourth Consecutive Year
Upper Sandusky, OH- On October 31, 2018, the Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care Community received a deficiency-free survey from the Ohio Department of Health for the fourth year in a row.
Achieving the highest possible rating, Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care received zero violations from the Ohio Department of Health following an unannounced inspection conducted on October 31st.
The Department of Health survey team evaluated all aspects of resident care at Westbrook such as staffing, quality of care, quality of food, documentation systems and processes and cleanliness of the community.
