We celebrated Mother’s Day on May 11 with a social and entertainment. The food was plentiful and delicious and the music was superb. There were door prizes, a raffle, and a 50/50. Here are some pictures from the event. Enjoy!

On Tuesday, March 5th, we had a visit from the Cantalician Social Club. With the help of these volunteers our residents assembled and painted butterfly houses. On Tuesday, February 26th, the residents made birdfeeders out of pine cones, peanut butter, and bird seed. Oh, it was messy but so much fun. Gloves helped to keep the residents hands clean as they applied the peanut butter and rolled/pressed the seeds onto the cone. So here are a few pictures from our Valentine’s Day event with Aaliyah. The residents were so happy and a few were brought to tears. They really appreciated the gift of a blanket but were more touched by the young lady’s big heart and courage in face of a debilitating disease. We love you Aaliyah!
