Throughout the week of April 13th- 17th, the Dietary Team put in some great effort to assist the resident’s of Westbrook Assisted Living with the cooking of our lunches through the week. We held our Annual Iron Chef Competition and each team did an amazing job with meal preparation, and actually coming up with the menus. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved getting to get back into the kitchen and what made it really special was knowing that the food we made were recipes our residents made at home. As you can see from the smiles on all their faces it was time well spent and obviously worth while.
