On Wednesday we took a tour of the city, which some residents haven’t seen in years. We started off at Forest Lawn Cemetery which is at the heart of Western New York’s cultural tourism renaissance. Each year, thousands of visitors come to enjoy the natural beauty of the hills, valleys, lakes, streams and cultural masterpieces. Next we took a drive down Main Street right thru the heart of the city to the theater district and down past City Hall. We ended the tour with visiting canal side and the outer harbor. The residents were amazed at the progress of the city and had a wonderful time.
