Ms. Andrus is the Vice President of Operations of Premier Senior Living.  She has over 18 years of experience in all areas of Long Term Care and has worked with Mr. Kaplan for over 10 years at Kapson Senior Quarters and Atria. She is a turnaround expert with strong marketing and sales focus. She has designed and implemented policies to increase productivity. She has extensive experience in determining and implementing detailed budget goals utilizing sophisticated cost tracking tools.

Ms. Andrus has also been charged with and has successfully implemented and provided oversight to ensure regulatory compliance with the states of: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Maryland, Maine and Massachusetts.

Ms. Andrus has successfully implemented Assisted Living, Adult Home, Enriched Housing Programs, Licensed Home Care Agency, Social and Medical Day Programs, and Mental Health Programs. She has strong qualifications in quality assurance, strategic planning, project development, finances, human resources, and capital improvements. Her prior professional experience includes:

Stonehedge Health & Rehabilitation Centers, Rome and Chittenango, New York,
Chief Operating Officer
Responsible, with the CEO, for all aspects of daily operations of skilled nursing facilities. Plan,
develop, implement, strategize and oversee all aspects of the business operations. Work with the
owners on new business opportunities. Develop sales and marketing plan and materials for both
facilities.

Peregrine Health Management Company, Syracuse, New York,
Director of Operations
Oversaw the administration, professional and financial operations of all Assisted Living
Communities in New York and Maryland. Improved census by 25% in just over 4 months,
increased NOI by 377% in 10 months. Responsible for growth in business, portfolio increased from
6 to 9 communities in 7 months.

Senior Management, LLC, Woodbury, New York,
Vice President of Sales and Operations
Responsible for running all aspects of the Assisted Living Division and independent senior
communities, eight in five states. Concentration on sales and marketing while implementing systems
for the efficient operation of each community.

Kapson Senior Quarters Corporation/Atria Assisted Living, Syosset, New York,
Regional Director of Operations, Northeast Division (Atria)
Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations for all communities in the Northeast Division with revenues in excess of $75 million. Most successful region measured by census and NOI.

Regional Director of Operations, Sales and Marketing (Kapson)
Responsible for oversight of all Kapson Senior Quarters communities, managed properties and Home Health Care Agency.

Loretto, Syracuse, New York / Castle Gardens Senior Living Community, Vestal, New York Administrator
111-bed New York State licensed Enriched Housing Program with a Licensed Home Care Agency and independent senior apartments. Supervised and directed a staff of 45 with full hiring/firing authority and training/evaluation responsibilities. Constructed and implemented the operating budget and met all requirements of New York State Department of Adult Services and New York State Department of Health. Also served the company in the prior capacities of: Adult Day Care Program Coordinator, Adult Day Program Supervisor, Community Residence Manager.
